At Cannon's Candy and Cake, LLC, we work hard to provide quality products, edible images, custom items, and educational classes. Because many of our products are food-related, personalized, or made specifically for individual customers, we maintain the following Refund, Cancellation, and Order Pick-up Policy.
Food Products and Edible Items
For health and safety reasons, food products, edible images, icing sheets, wafer paper products, chocolate products, candy products, and other edible items cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left our possession.
This policy helps ensure the safety and integrity of all products sold to our customers.
If a product is defective, damaged, or sold in error, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase so we may review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
Custom Orders
Custom orders include, but are not limited to:
Full payment may be required before production begins.
Once production has started, custom orders may not be canceled, modified, refunded, or exchanged.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs, spelling, names, dates, images, colors, and design details prior to approval.
Cannon's Candy and Cake, LLC is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
Order Deposits:
Any deposit collected for a custom or special order is non-refundable.
Deposits reserve production time, materials, and inventory specifically for your order.
Order Pick-up Requirements
Orders must be picked up on the scheduled pickup date unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.
Customers will be contacted using the information provided at time of ordering.
Orders not picked up within 3 calendar days of the scheduled pick up date may be considered abandoned.
Abandoned orders may be discarded, donated, resold when legally permissible, or otherwise disposed of without refund.
No refunds will be issued for abandoned orders.
Unpaid Orders:
Custom orders, special orders, and reserved inventory may require advance payment.
Cannon's Candy & Cake, LLC reserves the right to refuse production, withhold delivery, cancel reservations, or release inventory if payment has not been received by the agreed-upon due date.
We are unable to hold completed custom orders indefinitely due to limited storage space and product shelf life.
Classes and Events
Class registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If you are unable to attend a class, we may, at our sole discretion, offer:
Requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class whenever possible.
No refunds will be provided for missed classes or no-shows.
If Cannon's Candy & Cake cancels a class, participants may receive a refund, store credit, or transfer to a future class.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you believe you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us without 48 hours of pickup or delivery.
Photos may be requested to assist in evaluating the issue.
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate remedy, including replacement, store credit, repair, or refund when warranted.
Chargebacks:
Customers agree to contact Cannon's Candy & Cake, LLC before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks for properly completed, approved, delivered, or picked-up orders may be contested using order records, proofs, communications, pickup records, and payment documentation.

We genuinely want every customer to have a positive experience.. If a problem arises, please contact us and we will make every reasonable effort to find a fair solution.
